Leslee's Bio

 Leslee Small helps people make their lives better. She believes everyone should take the opportunity to maximize their potential, to feel good about themselves, to be a value to society, to be better citizens and make this world a better place to live. She's been doing this most of her life being the oldest of a generation in her family, as a teacher long before she had her degree and in business.

Leslee is a skilled facilitator, trainer and communicator with exceptional customer focus.  Always resourceful and results driven, she is a champion for innovation and change. Encouraging and supporting clients to seek creative solutions to meet their needs in production, organization, people development or business strategies.
