Leslee Small helps people make their lives better. She believes everyone should take the opportunity to maximize their potential, to feel good about themselves, to be a value to society, to be better citizens and make this world a better place to live. She's been doing this most of her life being the oldest of a generation in her family, as a teacher long before she had her degree and in business.
Leslee is a skilled facilitator, trainer and communicator with exceptional customer focus. Always resourceful and results driven, she is a champion for innovation and change. Encouraging and supporting clients to seek creative solutions to meet their needs in production, organization, people development or business strategies.
When challenged to find care for her parents, Leslee’s professional direction shifted. While she found multiple resources, they were scattered and lacked clear direction or planning. Relying on her years in business as a creative, strategic thinker, Leslee developed a comprehensive managed care plan for her mother. Today through Small Strategies, Leslee is a Senior Advocate giving her attention to help others in similar situations experiencing life transitions in their families, meeting their individual needs and creating a managed care plan for their loved ones.
